Important Information About Procedures for Opening New Accounts
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money-laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We will also ask for a photocopy of your driver's license or other identifying documents.
Negative Information Notice
We may report information about your accounts to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your accounts may be reflected in your credit report.
Debit/ATM Card Notice
Never enter your PIN in any terminal that does not look genuine, has been modified, has a suspicious device attached, or is operating in a suspicious manner.
